Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the customer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations.
Procurement procedures of JSC "Zhirova Kombinat" are not regulated by the provisions of the Federal Law No. 223-FZ of July 18, 2011 "On Procurement of Goods, Works and Services by Certain Types of Legal persons", as well as the provisions of the Federal Law of April 5, 2013 No. N 44-FZ "On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for the provision of state and municipal needs".
