Request for quotations-a competitive procurement procedure, which is not a bargaining (competition or public competition, or auction), its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of Part 1 and articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, that does not impose on the customer the corresponding volume of civil-legal obligations on obligatory conclusion of the contract with the winner of request of quotations (prices) or other its participant.
The participant must comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation to the persons carrying out the works, which are the subject of purchase, including the requirements set forth in the tender documentation on open One-stage contest № 1155854.
The participant must have full civil capacity for the conclusion and execution of the contract.
The contract on the results of purchase shall be in the period not earlier than 10 (ten) days and not later than 20 (twenty) days from the date of placement of the final protocol in the EIS. In case of necessity of approval by the management body of the customer in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation the conclusion of the contract or in case of appeal to the antimonopoly body or in the judicial procedure of the customer's actions (inaction), commission On the implementation of competitive procurement, the operator of the electronic platform contract must be concluded no later than five days from the date of the said approval or from the date of the decision of the antimonopoly/judicial body on the results of appealing actions (inaction) of the customer, Commission on the implementation of competitive procurement, the operator of the electronic platform.
