Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Mandatory conditions for the CA:
1. Terms and conditions of payment:
- without advance, payment for payment of work not earlier than 14 c.d. from the date of signing by the parties to COP-2, COP-3 to be interest-paid once a month. Filing of COP-2 no later than the 25th of the current month
2 Providing a Bank guarantee at advance from 10 000 000 rubles. (BG from the bank, which is part of the TOP 100 banks, BG according to the template of JSC "Tander", the validity period of BG is equal to the entire period of construction of the facility + 60 c.d. from the date of signing the final KS2 and KS3.
3 The guarantee amount is 5% of the value of the contract, is paid to the general contractor 1 year after the Act of acceptance of the performed works. This condition is included in the contract if the contract amount is equal to or exceeds 20,000,000 rubles.
4 Warranty period for work performed - not less than 24 months from the moment of signing the Act of Works performed.
5 Term of work production - no more than 60 calendar days, subject to the operation of the facility, without termination of operational activity.
The procedure and schedule of work production must be agreed with the customer.
6 Estimated start date of the project 15 June 2021
7 The type of activity of the organization must correspond to the declared lot.
8 Necessity of accreditation in "Tander" JSC for construction and repair on large formats for consideration of the results of the tender and further work
9 The level of responsibility of the SRO at the time of conclusion of the Agreement must correspond to the cost
10 Consent to the terms of the contract and the financing procedure
11 Consent with prices for additional works according to Appendix No. 3


Other requirements and explanations:
1. Absence of problem objects of JSC "Tander" according to the main criteria: no claim work on the part of "Tander" JSC is carried out in relation to the PA, the absence of uneliminated criticisms in respect of the CA the specified period (specified in the act of the final commission or other similar document), the fault of the PA there is no rescheduling of work)
2. Certification of welded is mandatory.
3. Lack of affiliation with other participants
