Обоснование: 1. Признать запрос коммерческих предложений несостоявшимся на основании п. 10.18.2 (b) Положения о закупках товаров, работ и услуг ред. 6.1 - «по результатам рассмотрения заявок на участие в закупочной процедуре подана одна заявка, и такая заявка участника признана соответствующей требованиям закупочной документации».
