Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Terms of payment according to the requirements of Rusagro Group: 100% deferred payment within 30 working days from the date of completion of the work. Intermediate payments are allowed upon acceptance of performed works.
In case of advance payment of more than 1 000 000 rubles including VAT, the Supplier/Contractor shall provide a bank guarantee in the Bank of the Top 10 based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. For confirmation it is necessary to confirm a letter from the bank about readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of advance payment.

Comments:
It is mandatory to attach all documentation in accordance with the request for quotation and the attached list of Contractor Selection Criteria. Applicants who have not made a visit to the facilities for acquaintance with the scope of work are not allowed to the tender.
This request for a quotation is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which (as well as the tender) is not an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and is not a public tender and is not regulated by Art. 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
