Performing works on repair of concrete floors in P.077 (warehouse of finished products) in axes B-E/22-27 at 0.000 of the building of the PGLS branch of JSC "VEROFARM" in St. Belgorod
1) Disassembly, moving and warehousing for temporary placement of prefabricated racks of sectional type:
1. 1) Racks with beam length — 3600mm — 8 pcs
- 130mm*50mm*1.5mm beam profile (3 tiers)
- frame height — 3500mm
- frame stand profile 100mm*67mm*1.5mm;
1. 2) Racks with beam length — 2700mm — 2 pcs
- 90mm*40mm*1.5mm beam profile (3 tiers)
- frame height — 3500mm
- frame stand profile 100mm*67mm*1.5mm;
2) Shelter with protective material walls, columns, doors, heating registers, etc. to a height of not less than 1.5 m in order to prevent damage to the paint coating.
3) Removing the existing paint and varnish floor - 509m2.
4) Perform restoration (elimination of pores and cracks) of the existing concrete coating with repair composition polymerized dispersion NTS Grauting.
5) Hardened coatings of concrete floors with deep polishing of concrete floor using HTC SuperfloorTM (HTC Superfloor™ Silver or HTC Superfloor™ Platinum) mosaic HTS-950 RX or HTC DURATIQ RX8 grinding machines with diamond tools from 30 Grid to 3000 Grid — 509 m2
6) Assembly and installation of racks in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 55525-2017, the Rules on labor protection during loading and unloading works and placement of goods dated October 28, 2020 N 753n, carrying out testing by a specialized expert organization.
