Payment terms:
Payment is made with a delay of 90 calendar days from the date of signing the deed of delivery - acceptance of services by the Contractor.
An application submitted by a participant who is a small and medium-sized business entity who proposed payment terms in the Application for more than 15 working days can be accepted by the Purchasing Commission and will be considered as an Application with a deferred payment of 15 working days.
The participant has the right to offer his own terms of payment.

- A letter refusing further claims on the occasion that the offer is not submitted at the auction by the Participant himself (in free form on the company's letterhead with the signature of an authorized person).
