Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1) If the Participant is a small and medium-sized business:
Payment fee with a deferred payment of not more than 30 calendar days. The deferred payment is calculated from the moment of signing the primary accounting documents, provided that the Contractor submits invoices drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. The primary accounting documents are signed by the Parties on a monthly basis no earlier than the 25th day of each month. Settlements under the agreement are made in cash, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized enterprises:
Payment with a deferred payment of not less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days. The deferred payment is calculated from the moment of signing the primary accounting documents, provided that the Contractor submits invoices drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. The primary accounting documents are signed by the Parties on a monthly basis no earlier than the 25th day of each month. Settlements under the agreement are made in cash, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
