Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The customer makes payment under this Agreement in two stages: Stage I.
Within 5 (Five) working days from the date of signing this Agreement, on the basis of the invoice received from the Contractor, he shall pay 30% (Thirty) percent of the total amount of this Agreement, which is ___ (____) rubles ___ kopecks, incl. h. VAT 20%.
Stage II.
Within 5 (Five) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Act of the work performed, the Certificate of the cost of the work performed (forms KS-2 and KS-3), and the submission of an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, on the basis of the invoice received from the Contractor, the Customer makes the final settlement in the amount of 70% (Seventy) percent of the total amount of this Agreement, which is __ (_____) rubles __ kopecks, incl. VAT 20%.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
