Payment terms:The Customer makes payment under this Agreement within 5 (Five) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Act of the work performed, the certificate of the cost of the work performed (forms KS-2 and KS-3), and the provision of an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements the legislation of the Russian Federation, on the basis of the invoice received from the Contractor, the Customer calculates in the amount of 100% (One hundred) percent of the amount of this Agreement, which is _____ (___) rubles __ kopecks, incl. VAT 20%.
