Comments:
The scheme for the procurement of materials for the implementation of repair work is given in Appendix No. 7 to this letter - when calculating the TCH, do not take into account materials according to the purchase resale scheme.
Estimated term of work execution: March - October 2021.
Selection period: according to the terms of the trading platform.
Your technical and commercial proposal must be signed by a person who, in accordance with the law, has the right to act on behalf of the contractor without a power of attorney / or a person duly authorized by him on the basis of a power of attorney (hereinafter referred to as the authorized person) and must contain:
1. Participant's questionnaire.
2. Appendices No. 3,4 on health and safety.
3. Application for participation in the tender indicating the terms of payment for the work performed, the warranty period, the total cost of repair work.
4. Estimated calculations.
5. Detailed commercial offer with all accompanying documentation.
The selection winner must conclude, on the conditions agreed upon during the competitive selection, an Agreement for the performance of work on the repair of 3, 6.10 kV cable lines in 2021.
Selection of the Selection Winner will be carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- The lowest cost of work;
- Experience and quality of specialized work / service provision;
- Warranty obligations;
- Deferred payment of at least 60 (sixty) calendar days;
- Fulfillment of the contractor's obligations on the timing of work;
- Prompt response to troubleshooting.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
