Comments: The participant of the procurement procedure must meet the mandatory requirements set out in clause 15 of the Invitation to participate in the procurement procedure.
Other requirements: The procurement participant must send a completed form No. 7, approved by Rosstat Order No. 485 dated 01.07.2022, as part of the application for participation.
The procurement procedure is an internal procedure for the selection of Suppliers by the Company and should not be considered as a tender in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is not a public tender, which is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Zapolyarye Sanatorium LLC reserves the right at any time to refuse to continue conducting this Procurement Procedure, to change the terms of its conduct, as well as to refuse to conclude a contract with a Supplier whose offer is recognized as the best according to the results of the procurement procedure.
At the same time, any costs associated with participation in the procurement procedure are borne by the participant independently, these costs are under no circumstances reimbursed by Sanatorium Zapolyarye LLC.
