Works are carried out from the Contractor's materials. The Contractor on his own makes a complete set of all the necessary materials and equipment, their delivery to the site, loading and unloading, as well as storage in a place agreed with the Customer. Electricity is provided by the Customer.

Dear Participants!

Please note that this RFQ procedure is not an auction, incl. competition and / or auction, and its holding is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFQ procedure does not impose on the Organizer the obligations provided for by the civil legislation of the Russian Federation and specified in this paragraph.

To participate in the Request for Proposals, the Participant must prepare an electronic Application.

The application includes the following documents:
a. Offer (commercial proposal) in the form and in accordance with the instructions given in the Documentation for the Request for Proposals (Section 8, Form No. 1).
b. Participant's questionnaire in the form and in accordance with the instructions given in the Documentation (section 8, form No. 2).
c. Draft Agreement, drawn up in the form provided for in clause 3.1. When submitting an Application, the Participant is obliged to agree with the terms of the draft Agreement: On each sheet of the draft Agreement, the Participant must indicate the following text "[Participant - full name of the Participant] I have read and fully agree with the wording of the Contract", next to it must be the name and initials of the Participant's authorized person , be signed by the authorized person and the Participant's seal imprint (if the Participant has a seal). The Participant should not fill in the preamble of the Agreement, the details of the Agreement, put signatures and seal in the section "SIGNATURES OF THE PARTIES".
d. Consent to the processing of personal data from the head of the Participant, the Chief Accountant of the Participant and the responsible person of the Participant, in the form and in accordance with the instructions given in the Documentation (section 8, form No. 3).
e. Information about litigation for the last 12 (twelve) months in which the Participant is involved in the form and in accordance with the instructions given in the Documentation (section 8, form No. 4).
f. Documents confirming the compliance of the Participant with the established requirements of the Documentation. The list of documents is given in clause 5.2 of the Documentation.
g. For the convenience of data processing, in addition to the duly completed Application in scanned form, the Participant is obliged to place the Participant's Questionnaire in electronic form.

If the Participant does not have the technical ability to submit an Application through the ETP functionality, the Organizer of the procedure has the right to accept an offer from such a Participant to the e-mail address izh-b2b@izhstal.ru (Sending documents in another way is not allowed). The Organizer will independently upload this Application to the ETP through the ETP functionality, subject to the following conditions:
a) the participant must be registered on the ETP on the terms of the Internet resource http://www.b2b-mechel.ru;
b) the application must be sent to the e-mail address no later than 4 hours before the end of the application for participation.
c) The amount of information in one letter should not exceed 32 MB.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
