1) If the Participant belongs to the subjects of small and medium business: With deferred payment no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of the rendered services provided the Contractor has issued invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the RUSSIAN TAX code. Settlements under the contract are made by cash to the account of the Executor or by other means, not contradicting the legislation of the RUSSIAN Federation.
2) If The Participant does not belong to the subjects of small and average business: With deferred payment of not less than 30 (thirty) and no more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of the rendered services provided the Contractor issued invoices in accordance with the requirements of the RUSSIAN TAX code. Settlements under the contract are made by cash to the account of the Executor or by other means, not contradicting the legislation of the RUSSIAN Federation
