2. Objective
2.1. Recovery of the boiler unit.
3. Content of work
3.1. The scope of work on the repair of the PTVM 30m boiler includes:
3.1.2. Dismantling, installation of all heating surfaces and boiler collectors.
3.1.3. Dismantling, installation of lining, thermal insulation of the boiler in the amount necessary to perform work on replacing the pipe part of the boiler (p. 3.1.2.)
3.1.4. Expertise of industrial safety at the end of work.
3.1.5. Commissioning works at the end of the work.
Boiler tube requirements:
- pipe: DN 28 mm, wall 3.0 mm, seamless cold-worked steel pipe, steel - St20, according to GOST 8733-74;
- pipe: DN 83 mm, wall 3.5 mm, seamless hot-deformed steel pipe, steel - St20, according to GOST 8731-74.
- pipe: DN 60 mm, wall 3.0 mm, seamless hot-deformed steel pipe, steel - St20, according to GOST 8731-74.
4. Terms of work
4.1. Commencement of work - November - December 2020.
4.2. Completion of work - March-August 2021. (start of dismantling March 2021)
5. Requirements for the Contractor
5.1 The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
5.2 To clarify the terms and conditions of the work, familiarization with the object, the arrival of the Contractor's representatives to the Customer is mandatory.
5.3 The Contractor in his commercial offer indicates the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
5.4 Attestation of the manager, engineers and technicians and executors for industrial safety and labor protection at HIFs in accordance with Appendix No. 1.
5.5 Ensuring health and safety measures, safe methods of work at the facility.
5.6 Before starting work, the Contractor is obliged to develop technological documentation.
5.7 Before issuing a work permit for work, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents: copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in the contractor (order for appointment to a position in the contractor, certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services.
5.8 After the completion of the work, the contractor hands over to the customer the as-built documentation in accordance with RD-11-02-2006 dated 26.12.06. and other regulatory documents.
5.9 Provision of warranty obligations for at least 24 months.
5.10 Employees involved in the performance of work must have professional training corresponding to the nature of the work performed with a mark in a special certificate of training and passing exams in certification commissions, know and comply with the requirements of technological documents and instructions for carrying out the declared work.
6. Work safety
When performing work, the contractor must comply with the requirements of the following rules:
- labor protection rules during the operation of electrical installations;
- rules for the technical operation of electrical installations of consumers;
- safety rules for hazardous production facilities where lifting structures are used;
- electrical installation rules;
- fire safety rules;
- rules for labor protection when working at height POT RM-012-200;
- rules of environmental, sanitary and hygienic and other norms in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and to ensure safe working conditions for the life and health of people.
For the performance of work, the contractor must undergo an introductory briefing. All work performed on the territory of EPM-NEZ JSC must be carried out in accordance with the regulation "On the use of permit work orders in the performance of high-risk work at EPM-NEZ JSC.
Comments: Participant who has submitted a bid before bids submission deadline shall upload the following documents:
1. Articles of Association (with all the amendments, if any).

3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from USRLE.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.
