Comments:
1) Provide a completed commercial proposal in excel format, according to the attached form (Specification for filling by the supplier);
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
4) THE SUPPLIER OFFERS ITS AGREEMENT OPTIONS WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF ADJUSTMENT TO THE AGREEMENT ITEMS ACCORDING TO THE CUSTOMER'S REQUIREMENTS
5) The agreement is concluded with LLC "Chornoravtotrans", which is part of the Group of Companies LLC "Urals Capital"
