This Invitation is not an offer. The SOCIETY reserves the right to accept any of the Bids or not to accept any of them. OPERATION OF TENDER PROPOSALS

EVALUATION AND COMPARISON OF TENDER OFFERS
Only those Bids are evaluated, which the SOCIETY deems fully consistent with the bidding documents.
After the stage of evaluating bids and commercial proposals, the participants will be selected 4 most profitable in terms of economic and technical criteria and invited to the stage of negotiations with the stage of bidding regarding the initially declared value.
The term for the conclusion of the contract is 20 days from the date of the signing by the customer of the protocol on the results of the purchase.
ACCEPT OF THE TENDER OFFER
The Bidder's offer may be accepted by the SOCIETY at any time during the validity of the offer by sending a written notice from the SOCIETY to the Bidder. The BUYER has the right to negotiate with the Bidder to obtain clarifications or amendments to the offer of the Bidder or may accept the offer of the Bidder without any discussion or agreement on the terms of the Bidder's offer.
COSTS RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN THE TENDER
