The selection of the most advantageous offer for Salavatsteklo JSC is based on the assessment of the following criteria:
- payment within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery is preferred;
- it is preferable to conclude an Agreement in the standard form of Salavatsteklo JSC;
Salavatsteklo JSC has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- a commercial offer is received after a specified period;
- the terms of the offer do not comply with the terms of this notice;
- a commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, based on internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
Salavatsteklo JSC has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.
