The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Bidders regarding the delivery time/ provision of services, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Bidders.
Comments: The Bidder of the procurement procedure must meet
the following requirements:
1. The absence of
lawsuits from the Bidder of the procurement
procedure for the amount of claims against the
latter exceeding 25% of the company's equity
(confirmed by the declaration of compliance with
the established requirements by filling in and
submitting the form "Declaration of the Bidder of
the procurement procedure on compliance with the
established requirements" as part of the bid for
participation);
2. Failure to liquidate the Bidder
of the procurement procedure - a legal entity and
the absence of an arbitration court decision on
the recognition of the Bidder Called for Bidding -
a legal entity or individual entrepreneur as
insolvent (bankrupt) and on the opening of
bankruptcy proceedings (confirmed by a declaration
of compliance with the established requirements by

3.
Non-suspension of the activities of the Bidder of
the procurement procedure in accordance with the
procedure established by the Code of
Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation

filling out and submitting the form "Declaration
of the Bidder of the procurement procedure on
compliance with the established requirements" as
part of the bid);
4. The Bidder of the procurement
procedure does not have overdue arrears on accrued
taxes, insurance premiums, fees and other
mandatory payments to budgets of any level or
state extra-budgetary funds for the last completed
reporting period, the amount of which exceeds 25%
of the book value of the assets of the Bidder

13. The Bidder must make a mandatory
visit to the place of work before submitting an

14. The Bidder must have
proven work experience in the types of work
specified in the Terms of Reference (confirmed by
the completed form "Information on work
experience" provided as part of the bid for
participation);
15. The Bidder must confirm the
availability of qualified labor resources for
timely and high-quality fulfillment of obligations
under the contract (confirmed by filling in and
submitting the form "Information on human
resources" as part of the bid for participation);
16. The Bidder's confirmed revenue for the last
reporting period must be at least the contractual
cost of the work, compiled according to the
amounts specified in the Terms of Reference
(confirmed by the financial results report
provided as part of the bid for
participation);
17. In substantiating the proposed
cost of work, it is mandatory to provide estimates
made in accordance with the Requirements set out
in clause 1.6. of the Terms of Reference.
The
contractor must have a special legal capacity in
accordance with the current legislation related to
the implementation of the types of activities
provided for by the subject of Call for Bidding,
including the necessary licenses for the
performance of works or the provision of services,
to the extent of the work / services performed,
namely, must have membership in a self-regulatory
organization (SRO) required in accordance with the
Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation,
giving the right to perform work on the subject of
the contract.
In case of non-compliance with the
above requirements, your bid for participation in
the procurement procedure will be rejected.
The
procurement procedure is an internal procedure for
the selection of Suppliers by the Company and
should not be considered as a competitive bidding
process in the sense of articles 447-449 of the
Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is
not a public tender, which is regulated by Chapter
57 of the Civil Code of the Russian
Federation.
LLC Sanatorium Zapolyarye reserves the
right at any time to refuse to continue conducting
this Procurement Procedure, to change the terms of
its conduct, as well as to refuse to conclude a
contract with a Supplier whose offer is recognized
as the best based on the results of the
procurement procedure.
At the same time, any costs
associated with participation in the procurement
procedure shall be borne by the Bidder
independently, these costs will not be reimbursed
under any circumstances.
