- the availability of equipment and mechanisms for the performance of work;
- availability of permits for the implementation of this type of work;
- commissioning of the facility.

- a commercial proposal for the performance of work indicating the total cost of work, construction and installation works and the cost of materials (customer materials).
- documents specified in the list of Appendix No. 1, notarized, or bearing the inscription "Copy is true", certified by an authorized person and the counterparty’s seal.
