Comments: Your technical and commercial proposal must be signed by a person who has the right, in accordance with the law, to act on behalf of the contracting organization without a power of attorney / or duly authorized by him on the basis of a power of attorney (hereinafter referred to as an authorized person) and must contain:
1. Application form for the contest participant.
2. Appendices No. 3.4 on occupational health and safety.
3. An application for participation in the tender indicating the terms of payment for the work performed, the warranty period, the total cost of repair work.
4. Costing / Estimated calculations.
5. Detailed commercial offer with all related documentation.
The winner of the selection must conclude an agreement on the repair of model-core rigging of the automatic molding line of the Foundry Shop of the RMB of the branch of ISO LLC in Achinsk on the terms agreed during the competitive selection.
The selection Winner will be determined taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- The lowest cost of work;
- Experience and quality of specialized work / services;
- Warranty
- Deferred payment of at least 60 (sixty) calendar days;
- Fulfillment of contractor obligations on the timing of work;
- Prompt response to troubleshooting.
ISO LLC in Achinsk reserves the right to:
1. reject the offer if:
1.1. a set of required documentation has not been provided by the deadline;
1.2. revealed the facts of providing the Participant of selection of false information;
1.3. the selection participant is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been instituted against him;
2. Do not motivate your decision to determine the winner of the selection;
3. refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the participants in the selection.
If you win this selection, before concluding the contract, you must provide copies of the following documents:
- Notarized copies of powers of attorney of authorized persons having the right to sign Acts of work performed with a signature sample;
- Certificate of state registration in the register;
- Certificate of registration with the IFTS;
- Notifications of registration with the IFTS as the largest taxpayer (if the Counterparty is registered as the largest taxpayer before 2006, the Counterparty shall provide a Certificate of registration as the largest taxpayer);
- Statements from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on a date no earlier than 10 working days before the date of the agreement for approval
- Documents confirming the powers of the signatories of the Agreement and primary documents (orders on the appointment of the director and chief accountant; powers of attorney containing the relevant powers);
- Accounting statements (Balance sheet (Form No. 1) and Profit and Loss Statement (Form 2)) as of the last reporting date preceding the date of conclusion of the Agreement, with a mark on acceptance of the Federal Tax Service (including with the receipt of the receipt for TCS, in case the enterprise reports to the IFTS in electronic form);
- Certificates from the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate (form 39-1) as of a date no earlier than 10 business days before the date of sending the Agreement for approval;
- Constituent documents;
- Licenses required to fulfill the contract.
If you win this selection, you must, before starting the Works, ensure that the organization conducts a preliminary medical examination at RUSAL Medical Center LLC (branch in Achinsk). Work is allowed to employees who do not have medical contraindications to the work performed, as well as having qualification certificates for the main and related professions. Workers who have undergone a preliminary medical examination at medical institutions of the city undergo a medical examination at the Branch of RUSAL Medical Center LLC in Achinsk to form a risk group. Contractor’s employees included in the "risk group" based on the results of medical examinations can be admitted to work only after passing a pre-shift medical examination at RUSAL Medical Center LLC (branch in Achinsk).
The selection participant can visit the facility, inspect it and collect the necessary information that is required for the preparation of the Tender. The customer will provide visitors with the necessary assistance. All costs associated with visiting the facility, the Participant bears independently.
The presence of the Participant on the site for any purpose with or without the approval of the Customer will be carried out with full risk for the Participant, including death, personal injury, loss or damage to any property, as well as any expenses incurred in this regard.
Any information collected by the Participant on the site is confidential and cannot be distributed by the Participant to third parties without the consent of the Selection Organizer (Appendix No. 8 to this letter).
