work must be performed in accordance with the Technical Specification (TOR) approved by the design and estimate documentation, building codes and Regulations (SNIP) and departmental building codes (VN). The contractor must have access to the construction SRO.
Availability of construction machinery and mechanisms for the execution of these works in the contracting organization.
The contracting organization should have experience in performing similar works with documentary confirmation.
