Delivery terms:1. Purpose of the work: to improve the reliability of the water treatment of the central boiler room.
2. Purpose of the work.

2.1. Improve the reliability of the water treatment of the central boiler room.

3. List of basic data and requirements.

3.1. Repairs include:
1. Unloading and loading cationite KU-2-8 (without acquiring cationite).
2. Manufacture of a filter bar, cutting into scrap metal.
3. Installation 2pcs Na-Ca filters (supplied by contractor). Contractor delivers Na-Ca filters in three parts: 2pc bottom, 1pc, manhole 2 pcs
4. Installation of upper and lower drainage device (supplied by contractor).
5. Replacement of the shut-off valve within the filter (supplied by customer)
6. The assembly of the two filters should ensure that the factory warranty is maintained.
3.2. The amount of work carried out is determined according to the accompanying indicative defective statements.
3.3. A hydraulic test of the filters is performed upon completion. Provide executive documentation for repairs.

7. Requirements for the Performer.

7.1. To clarify the terms and conditions of performance, the object will require the arrival of the Contractor's representatives to the Customer.
7.2. The executor, in his business proposal, indicates the cost of the project work, the author's supervision, the payment procedure, and other conditions.
7.3. Certification of the Head, ITR and Industrial Safety and Occupational Safety Executives at the GOPO.
7.4. Provide OT and PB measures for safe production methods at the site.

8. Work Conditions
8.1. Work at a current company.

9. Timing of the work.
9.1. Work starts July 2021
9.2. Completion September 2021

10. Payment terms.
10.1. According to the work done.

11. General requirements.
11.1. Prior to the tender, the performer provides:
- certificate of approval for a certain type of work that has an impact on the safety of capital construction facilities (SRO certificate for the performance of the works specified in this Assignment design).
- planning schedule for design and work documentation.
- project and work documentation development costs.

Comments:

10. Performer Requirements:
— Permissive documents (SRO, licenses, tolerances)
— Development by the PPR, PRC, RTI.
— Certification of supervisor, ITR, industrial safety workers at the GOPO.
— Medical admission of staff to work at GOPO.
—The Contractor must provide the Customer with the following documents before the work permit is issued: copies of documents confirming the presence of the occupational health service and/ or occupational health professional (contracting order, occupational safety certificate) or having a contract with an accredited organization in the field of delivery health services.
A commercial offer is REQUIRED to consider the application.
