Payment terms:a down payment of 30% of the total cost of contract made within 5 (five) banking days from the date of signature of the contract and the receipt of invoices from the contractor.
Payments are made monthly works based on designed and signed by the parties of acts of works done (COP-2), with confirmation of executed quantities provided Executive documentation and completed and signed by the parties inquiries about the cost of work performed (COP-3) based on the invoice Contractor during 10 (ten banking days).
Final payment is made after the full completion of volume, established by the Treaty, including the Elimination of detected defects, transfer Under-rjadchikom Kit Executive documentation, signed Acts of acceptance executed works form of COP 11, COP-3, COP 2 on the basis of the invoice from the contractor within 10 (ten) banking days.
