Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided, payment is made for the work actually performed on the basis of acceptance certificates of completed works, with deferred payment of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 40 (forty) calendar days.
The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Participants (including several) regarding the order and terms of payment, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Participants.
If the payment for the work performed by the Contractor is carried out in the order of prepayment, the amount of which exceeds the values established by the organizational and administrative documents of the Customer, and the credit limit is not set for the counterparty, or the amount of the established credit limit is insufficient, the Contractor, until the transfer of the advance payment, provides the Customer in the original on paper, an independent guarantee for the refund of the advance payment for the amount of the advance payment. The draft of an independent guarantee for the refund of the advance payment must be necessarily pre-agreed with the Customer and meet the requirements of clause 2.6. of the Standard Form of the contract (Appendix No. 3).
Delivery terms:
20 calendar days from the calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Participants regarding the timing of the work, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Participants.
Comments: The participant of the procurement procedure must
meet the following requirements:
1. The absence of
lawsuits from the Participant of the procurement
procedure for the amount of claims against the
latter exceeding 25% of the company's equity
(confirmed by the declaration of compliance with
the established requirements by filling in and
submitting the form "Declaration of the
Participant of the procurement procedure on
compliance with the established requirements" as
part of the application for participation);
2.
Failure to liquidate a Participant in the
procurement procedure - a legal entity and the
absence of a decision of the arbitration court on
the recognition of a participant in the
procurement - a legal entity or an individual
entrepreneur as insolvent (bankrupt) and on the
opening of bankruptcy proceedings (confirmed by
the declaration of compliance with the established
requirements by filling in and providing the form
"Declaration of a Participant in the procurement
procedure on compliance with the established
requirements" as part of the application for
participation);
3. Non-suspension of the
activities of a Participant in the procurement
procedure in accordance with the procedure
established by the Code of Administrative Offences
of the Russian Federation on the day of filing an
application for participation in procurement
(confirmed by the declaration of compliance with
the established requirements by filling in and
providing the form "Declaration of a Participant
in the procurement procedure on compliance with
the established requirements" as part of the
application for participation);
4. The Participant
of the procurement procedure has no overdue
arrears on accrued taxes, insurance premiums, fees
and other mandatory payments to budgets of any
level or state extra-budgetary funds for the last
completed reporting period, the amount of which
exceeds 25% of the book value of the assets of the
participant of the procurement according to
accounting statements for the corresponding
period. The procurement participant is considered
to comply with the established requirement if he
appeals against the existence of the specified
debt in accordance with the legislation of the
Russian Federation and the decision on such a
complaint has not been made on the day of
consideration of the application for participation
in the Request (confirmed by the declaration of

filling in and providing the form "Declaration of
a Participant in the procurement procedure on
compliance with the established requirements

5. The absence of information
about the Participant in the procurement procedure
in the register of unscrupulous suppliers provided
for in Article 5 of Federal Law No. 223-FZ and
(or) in the register of unscrupulous suppliers
provided for by Federal Law No. 44-FZ (confirmed
by the declaration of compliance with the
established requirements by filling in and
submitting the form "Declaration of the
Participant in the procurement Procedure" as part
of the application for participation);
6. Absence
at the time of the procurement of court decisions
that have entered into force and have not been
executed on improper performance by the
Participant of the procurement procedure of
obligations under contracts (contracts) for the
supply of goods, performance of works, provision
of services of the same name to the purchased
goods, works, services (confirmed by declaration
of compliance with the established requirements by
filling in and providing a form as part of the
application for participation "Declaration of the
Participant of the procurement procedure on
compliance with the established requirements");

The participant in the procurement procedure is
not a person whose place of registration, or place
of residence, or place of tax residence is a state
or territory included in the list of states and
territories approved by the Ministry of Finance of

subparagraph 1 of paragraph 3 of Article 284 of
the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (confirmed

8. Procurement
participant - a legal entity that has not been

to submitting an application for participation in
the procurement (confirmed by declaring compliance

and providing the composition of the application

9. The participant of the procurement procedure -
an individual or the head, members of the
collegial executive body, the person performing
the functions of the sole executive body, or the
chief accountant of the legal entity participating
in the procurement has no outstanding or not
removed convictions for crimes in the field of
economics and (or) crimes provided for in articles
289, 290, 291, 291.1 The Criminal Code of the
Russian Federation, as well as the non-application

10. Absence of a conflict of
interest between the Participant of the
procurement procedure and the Customer, which
means cases in which the head of the customer, a
member of the expert group, a member of the
procurement commission, the person responsible for
organizing the procurement procedure, are married
to individuals who are beneficiaries, the sole
executive body of the business company (director,
CEO, managing director, president and others),
members of the collegial executive body of a
business company, the head (director, general
director) of an institution or unitary enterprise
or other management bodies of legal entities
participating in the procurement, with
individuals, including those registered as an
individual entrepreneur, participating in the
procurement or are close relatives (relatives in a
direct ascending and descending line (parents and
children, grandparents and grandchildren), full-
and incomplete (having a common father or mother)
brothers and sisters), adoptive parents or adopted
children of these individuals (confirmed by
declaration of compliance with the established
requirements by filling in and providing the form
"Declaration of the Participant of the procurement

requirements" as part of the application for
participation");
11. The period of state
registration of a Participant in the procurement
procedure before submitting an application for
participation in the procurement procedure must be
at least one calendar year (12 months) (confirmed
by information from the Extract of the Unified
State Register of Legal Entities provided as part
of the application for participation);
12. The
place of registration of the Participant is the
Krasnodar Territory, or the Participant must have
a separate representative office/ branch in the
Krasnodar Territory (confirmed by information from
the Extract of the Unified State Register of Legal
Entities provided as part of the application for
participation, or, if there is a separate
representative office /branch, a copy of the
notification of registration of a separate
representative office/ branch with the tax
authority);
13. The Participant must necessarily
travel to the place of work before submitting an
application for participation in the procedure
(confirmed by the official letter of the
Participant provided as part of the application
for participation confirming the visit to the
facility);
14. The participant must have a
special legal capacity in accordance with the
current legislation related to the implementation
of the activities provided for by the subject of
the purchase, including the necessary licenses for
the performance of works or the provision of
services, in the scope of the work / services
performed, namely, must have membership in a
self-regulatory organization (SRO) required in
accordance with the Urban Planning Code The
Russian Federation, which gives the right to
perform work on the subject of the contract
(confirmed by the provision of an appropriate
extract from the register of SRO members in the
form approved by Rostechnadzor Order No. 86 dated
March 4, 2019 as part of the application for
participation. The statement must be issued no
earlier than one month before the deadline for
submitting applications).
15. The participant
must have confirmed work experience in the types
of work specified in the Terms of Reference
(confirmed by the completed form "Information on
work experience" provided as part of the
application for participation);
16. The
participant must confirm the availability of
qualified labor resources for timely and
high-quality fulfillment of obligations under the
contract (confirmed by filling in and providing
the form "Information on human resources" as part
of the application for participation).

in
substantiating the proposed cost of work, it is
mandatory to provide estimates made in accordance
with the Requirements set out in paragraph 1.6. of
the Terms of Reference.
If the estimated
calculations are not submitted as part of the
application for participation, your application
for participation in the procurement procedure
will be rejected.
The procurement procedure is
an internal procedure for the selection of
Suppliers by the Company and should not be
considered as a tender in the sense of Articles
447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian
Federation, and also is not a public tender, which
is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of
the Russian Federation.
LLC Sanatorium Zapolyarye
reserves the right at any time to refuse to
continue conducting this Procurement procedure, to
change the terms of its conduct, as well as to
refuse to conclude a contract with a Supplier
whose offer is recognized as the best according to
the results of the procurement procedure.
At the
same time, any costs associated with participation
in the procurement procedure are borne by the
participant independently
