Auto-extension

Расчёты по настоящему договору производятся за фактически оказанные услуги с отсрочкой не менее 60 (шестидесяти) и не более 90 (девяноста) календарных дней с момента выставления Исполнителем счета на оплату, составленного на основании подписанных Сторонами актов оказанных услуг по формам КС-2 и КС-3. Расчеты по настоящему договору производятся в безналичном порядке платежными поручениями. По соглашению Сторон расчеты по настоящему договору могут производиться и в других не противоречащих действующему законодательству РФ формах.

Балаково, ул. 30 лет Победы, д. 28, кв. 62) с предложением на право заключения договора на выполнение работ по ремонту оборудования ТАИ Балаковской ТЭЦ-4 Саратовского филиала ОАО «Волжская ТГК» на сумму 1 350 000,00 руб., НДС не облагается.
