Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided, payment is made for the work actually performed on the basis of acceptance certificates of completed works with deferred payment of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 40 (forty) calendar days.
The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Participants (including several) regarding the order and terms of payment, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Participants.
Comments: The participant of the procurement procedure must meet the mandatory requirements set out in paragraph 15 of the Invitation to participate in the procurement procedure.
Other requirements (requirements, compliance with which is the evaluation criterion): The procurement participant must send a completed form No. 7, approved by Rosstat Order No. 485 dated 01.07.2022, as part of the application for participation. If the Participant is a microenterprise, or does not fall into the sample of Rosstat, the Participant must provide a free-form certificate as part of the application for participation on the absence of victims of fatal industrial accidents for the last reporting period (calendar year).
In case of failure to submit the above documents, your application for participation in the procurement procedure will be rejected.
The procurement procedure is an internal procedure for the selection of Suppliers by the Company and should not be considered as a tender in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is not a public tender, which is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
LLC Sanatorium Zapolyarye reserves the right at any time to refuse to continue conducting this Procurement procedure, to change the terms of its conduct, as well as to refuse to conclude a contract with a Supplier whose offer is recognized as the best according to the results of the procurement procedure.
At the same time, any costs associated with participation in the procurement procedure are borne by the participant independently, these costs are not reimbursed by Zapolyarye Sanatorium LLC under any circumstances.
