11. The purpose of the work.
11.1. Improving the reliability of the supply of recycled water.
11.2. Reduced circulating water loss.

12. Data to determine the cost of work:
12.1. The scope of work to be determined, according to the indicative defect list.
12.2. The work is carried out from the material of the contractor (PE pipe 450 * 26.7mm) at around 0.7.
12.3. The work can be performed using the technology of butt-welding of pipes or using electrofusion.
12.4. Work involves dismantling the existing pipeline.
12.5. At the end of the installation perform a hydraulic test of the pipeline.


13. Requirements for the Contractor.
13.1. To clarify the conditions of work, familiarization with the object must be the arrival of representatives of the Contractor to the customer.
13.2. The contractor in his commercial proposal specifies the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
13.3. Certification of the head, ITR and executors on industrial safety and labor protection on OPO. According to Appendix №1.
13.4. Ensuring occupational safety and health measures for safe work practices at the facility.
13.5. Upon completion of the installation work, provide the customer with the technical documentation.

14. Terms of work.
14.1. Before the start of installation work, provide a work plan.
14.2. The customer controls the production and execution of works on the object.
14.3. Coordination with all related services is carried out by the Contractor.
14.4. Removal of garbage and scrap metal to the place of storage is made by the Contractor.
14.5. Prior to issuing a work permit for the production of works, the Contractor shall provide the Customer with the following documents: copies of documents confirming the presence in the contracting organization of the labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist (order on appointment to the position in the contracting organization, certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services.

15. Turnaround time.
Start of work - August 2019

16. Terms of payment.

17. General requirements.
17.1. Specify the cost of work on objects. The total cost of the lot.
17.2. The technical task is accompanied by a list of documents required for issuing work orders - tolerances at the enterprise listed in Appendix No. 1.

10. Requirements for the performer:

- Developed by the Executive PPR, PPRC, RTI.
- Presence of certification of the head, ITR, workers on industrial safety on OPO.
- Presence of medical access for personnel to work on HIF.
—To design the work permit for the execution of work, the Contractor shall provide the Customer with the following documents: copies of documents confirming the presence in the contracting organization of the labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist (order on appointment to the position in the contracting organization, certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services.
