Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment terms in accordance with the requirements of Rusagro Group: 100% deferred payment within 40 calendar days from the date of work.
In the event of an advance payment over 1 million rubles, the Seller must provide a bank guarantee in a top-10 bank according to the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. For confirmation, it is necessary to support a letter from the bank about the readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of the advance payment (s).

Please, note! The auction will be held in two stages: qualifying and final.
Based on the results of the qualification stage (verification of documentation and work experience), the final stage of bidding will be organized between the participants who meet the requirements of the TOR.

A detailed list of mandatory documents is attached to the auction.
In the absence of a complete package of documents and the required work experience, the application is not considered in the tender.
All documents must be attached when submitting an application, there will be no additional requests.
