Comments: LADA Izhevsk LLC invites you to participate in a tender No. 12 / B
Repair (replacement) of steam pipe supports from the boiler house building No. 14 to building No. 1 and in building No. 1 (inventory no. 700010630, letter A).
Scope of work:
1. Dismantling existing steam pipe supports,
2. Production and installation of new supports (the option of dismantling old supports after installing new supports next to old ones is being considered).
Basis for execution: work is carried out on the basis of the technical specifications and estimated documentation of the Customer.
Turnaround time: until 09/15/2019
The tender procedure is carried out in 2 stages:
1. Prequalification of bidders (collection of Applications, documents of title and permits)
2. Collection of technical and commercial proposals (providing proposals, analysis, technical alignment, decision on nomination).
If desired, it is stated in the tender procedure that it is necessary to fill out and send the following documents:
1. Contractor profile,
2. The list of types of work (if not previously provided),
3. Reference list (with a depth of not more than 3 years),
4. Permits for the work - extract from the SRO, certificates of welders NAKS (if there is other permits, licenses, dealership certificates, etc., please send as an addition).
APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE TENDER IS ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE PRICE !! (the cost of the work is provided within 2-3 cal. weeks from the date of collection of applications for participation in the tender, also within the specified time period UNACCREDITED at UEB AVTOVAZ JSC must submit documents according to the list attached to the tender documentation).
Requirements for bidders:
1. Performance of work in accordance with the technical specifications and estimates of the Customer, within the time agreed upon with the Customer.
2. At least 3 years of experience in performing these works;
3. Warranty for work performed at least 5 years;
4. Consent to conclude a model contract as amended by LADA Izhevsk LLC;
5. The presence of their own certified and valid certificates for the performance of this type of work personnel;
6. Own material and technical base;
7. Warranty obligations for the work performed, the warranty period of continuous operation on materials, from the moment of the start of operation, must be not less than the factory of the manufacturer,
The application is accepted until 12:00 on January 29, 2020 (Moscow time).
Documents submitted later will not be accepted for consideration.
