Payment terms:Terms of payment for Participants who are subjects of small and medium-sized businesses: the maximum payment period for delivered goods (work performed, services rendered) under an agreement (a separate stage of the agreement) concluded according to the procurement results should be no more than 15 working days from the date of fulfillment of obligations under the agreement (to a separate stage of the contract).
For all other Participants: payment for the work is carried out by the Customer within 60 calendar days from the receipt of the Contractor’s invoice, but not earlier than the fifteenth day of the month in which the payment is made, based on the act of work completed and the invoice issued by the Parties.
