Please note that this request is not a competition notice (public competition) or public offer and is not governed by art. 447-449 h. 1 CIVIL CODE, article 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
Venue of the bidding procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants’ proposals shall be sent in the form of e-document signed by digital signature.
In the absence of the principal technical possibility of submitting proposals through the functionality of the electronic trading platform, the organizer has the right to take procedures against such party offer on email address IZH-B2B@izhstal.ru, yourself by downloading the proposal on the pad through the functionality of the system, subject to the following conditions:
¬ Party must be registered in the system;
-¬ proposal should proceed to an email address not later than 4 business hours until a certain time notification proposal with compulsory notification to the responsible person on the phone.
In the composition of documents should be a formal letter to the Organizer the purchases to post an electronic version of their proposal and waiver of any claim relating to the fact that the Offer in the system will be hosted not by party. 1.1.2.
