Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Option 1: payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of the work will be made after delivery of the products to the Customer and positive results of incoming control at the Customer’s warehouse within 30 calendar days.
Option 2:
- 30% - until the product is shipped (transferred) to the Customer (in advance) - no later than 20 calendar days from the date of signing the Agreement, provided that the Contractor provides the Customer with an advance payment in the amount of the advance payment;
- 70% - after the transfer of products to the Customer and the positive results of incoming control of products at the Customer’s warehouse within 45 calendar days.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
