Comments:
This procedure of requesting a proposal is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Therefore, this Proposal Proposal Procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the Customer.

As part of the commercial proposal, please send the completed Counterparty Questionnaire — the form in the attachment, the consent to the processing of personal data — the form in the attachment, the incorporation documents under the list:
1. statute (most recently revised with all amendments and additions);
2. State Registration Certificate (appropriation of OGRN);
3. Tax Accounting Certificate;
4. the decision of the authorized body of the legal entity to appoint an executive body;
5. a letter from the Federal Service of State Statistics on the appropriation of codes;
6. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
7. accounting (financial) statements for the last reporting year or the last reporting period;
8. bank statement of funds movements in the last 3 months.

If there are questions about this procurement procedure, I ask you to formulate all questions in a single letter before 28.07.2021.

Customer reserves the right not to consider offers from companies that have not provided KP and/or provided a KP not on the form of an offer card or not in full (without specifying specific specific performance, technique, depreciation calculation, staffing (see card-offer tabs).
