Payment terms:Payment for work is carried out in the following order:
1. 93% of the value of the work performed within 90 calendar days from the date of the end of the month in which the acts of the form KS-2, KS-3 were signed;
2. 7% of the cost of the executed works are held under the warranty period of 2 years.
Delivery terms:Elginskoye coal deposit is located in the central part of the Tokinsky coal-bearing area, to the west of Lake Big Toko. According to the administrative division, the region of the deposit is located on the territory subordinated to the Municipal District "Neryungri District" of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), close to the administrative borders of Yakutia with the Amur Region and the Khabarovsk Territory.
Access railway track with a length of PK 0 00 - PK 317 00 to the Elga coal deposit from the Ulak station (00 km) to the Elga station.
