Payment terms:Payment for work is carried out in the following order (recommended option):
1.1. 93% of the cost of work performed within 90 calendar days from the end date of the month in which the acts of form KS-2, KS-3 were signed;
1.2. 7% of the cost of work performed is held under a 2 year warranty period.
The parties agreed that withholding this guarantee payment is not an overdue obligation of the Customer. The customer is entitled to set off the amount of the specified guarantee payment to the account payable.
Delivery terms:Art. AT. Ulak is located in the Amur region, Zeya district. Access railway 4 km to the Elginsky coal deposit from Ulak station (00 km) to Elga station (317 km).
