This trading procedure is not an auction or contest, does not fall under Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail a legal obligation with the Customer to choose the supplier.

Provide the following documents when signing a contract:

For Russian legal entities:
- Charter (as amended)
- State Registration Certificate of Legal Entity
- EGRUL Certificate of Entry on a Legal Entity Registered Before July 1, 2002 ,
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority,
- Power of Attorney (if the signatory is not the head of the legal entity)
- Protocol (Decision) to elect a sole executive body,
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL) (expiration of 1 month),
- Balance sheet (Form No. 1) for the last reporting period (if applicable),
- Statement of Financial Results (Form No. 2) (if applicable)
- VAT tax return for last reported (tax) period*,
- Income tax return for the last reported (tax) period*,
- Emergency Situation Ministry License.

For sole proprietors:
- Passport,
- Certificate of State Registration of an individual as a sole proprietor,
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority,
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (EGRIP) (expiration of 1 month)
- Power of Attorney (if the signatory is not an individual entrepreneur)
- A VAT tax return for the last reporting (tax) period* or document confirming the application of the Simplified Tax System,
- Income tax return for last reported (tax) period*
- Emergency Situation Ministry License.

* - In lieu of tax returns, you can provide:
- No tax debt certificate issued by the tax authority, or
- A letter guaranteeing the payment of taxes to the budget, with the signature of the sole executive and the seal of the counterparty.
