Обоснование: Согласно пп. 9.6.1 «Положения о закупочной деятельности ОСОО «ОКР» открытый тендер признан несостоявшимся, т.к. поступила только одна заявка, которая признана соответствующей единым требованиям и тендерной документации. В соответствии с п. 9.4.7. и абзацем вторым пп. 9.6.3 принято решение направить предложение руководству ОСОО «ОКР» о заключении договора с единственным участником закупки ООО "Организация ТВ"
