The Organizer has the right to cancel the procedure of Call for Bidding at any time of its holding, including completing the Call for Bidding without determining the winner. A Bidden Notice about the cancellation/completion of the Call for Bidding procedure is posted on the E-Marketplace on the day the Organizer makes the appropriate decision. In case of cancellation of the Call FOR Bidding/completion without determining the winner, the Organizer shall not be liable to the Bidders of the Call for Bidding or third parties to whom such action may cause losses.
