11. The Purpose of work execution:
Elimination of comments of submission № 5-14/2019/3 of the Russian MINISTRY of emergency situations of Rostov region from 09.04.2019.

14. Scope of work performed:
14.1. The Contractor must execute the project, mount and establish a centralized fire alarm system with the operator's workstation in the factory's dispatcher room. The Operator of the system should receive timely information about fire alarm on the equipped objects (30 objects). The System should be able to build up future controlled facilities. The Quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the existing alarm systems are given in annex № 1. To communicate use the interface RS485 C using the existing information network of the plant (fiber-optic network).
14.2. Complete all existing systems with a security alarm loop. If necessary, replace the primary appliances and make changes to the project documentation.
15. Requirements to the executor.
15.1. The Contractor must arrive at the facility and familiarize himself with the equipment before submitting a commercial offer.
15.2. The Contractor in its commercial offer shall indicate the procedure for payment of works and other conditions.
15.3. The Works are carried out by the dependent contractor-from its materials, its forces and means, in accordance with the approved design documentation, building codes and regulations.
16. The List of documents provided in the BOP and PB for registration of orders for the production of works by contracting organizations:
16.1. Copy of the Certificate (SRO) and license of the MINISTRY of emergency situations for the right to perform this type of work;
16.2. A Copy of the safety briefing from the briefing journal. POR, PWP or RTI;
16.3. A Copy of the protocol certifying Workers ' safety;
16.4. Copies of certificates of attestation of ITR on labour protection and on general requirements of industrial safety at performance of works in electric installations;
16.5. Medical admission of personnel;
16.6. All employees of the contracting organization, including managers, are obliged to undergo induction training in Ootpbigo Before the registration of the order (with a document confirming the identity and age). All employees must have certified clothing, footwear and other personal protective equipment required to perform this type of work.
Note: If any document expires, the clearance is not issued until a new document is provided.
17. Terms of payment.

Comments: the Participant who took part in the procedure (who made the offer), before the deadline for accepting the application, is obliged to upload the following documents to the system:
