2. The purpose of the repair: To restore serviceability to a full or close to full service life of a diesel engine with the replacement or restoration of any of its parts, including the base ones.
3. Scope of work performed: Execution of planned medium repairs of a diesel locomotive of the TGM-4 v / i series in accordance with the Operation and Maintenance Manual for diesel locomotives TGM4v / i, the USSR Ministry of Heavy Engineering. Lyudinovskiy diesel locomotive plant - in TZ
3.2 Repairs must be carried out by the contractor at the contractor's premises.
3.3 The contractor is responsible for shipment of the diesel locomotive for and out of repair on his own and at his own expense.
3.4 Preparation for shipment and execution of transportation documents, as well as an act (form TU-25), for shipment of a diesel locomotive from repair is carried out by the contractor on his own and at his own expense.
3.5 Transfer of the repaired diesel locomotive from repair to the customer's representatives with filling in the form, passports and other technical documentation in the established manner.
20 days before the start of the average repair of the locomotive, the contractor is obliged to provide the customer with a repair schedule for approval.
3.6 Provide a one-year warranty for the work performed.
3.7 Filling in the technical documentation for the repaired locomotive in accordance with Federal Law No. 17-FZ "On Railway Transport of the Russian Federation" and Order of the Minister of the Russian Federation No. 28 dated 15.02.2008. with the issuance of an act granting the right to leave the locomotive on the public track.
