1. It is mandatory to develop and agree on the PPR.
2. Supply of materials by the Contractor.
3. It is necessary to visit the site of the Customer and to inspect the subject of works/services before submitting an application for participation in the procurement (subject to availability of necessary/opportunity).
4. In the course of the work, waste is generated. Collection, export and disposal of waste (sleepers, timber, contaminated ballast, reinforced concrete slab) at the expense of the executor of works. Metal waste is transferred to the Customer!
5. Compliance with measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection:
- The work must be carried out by staff not in the "risk zone" (up to 60 years of age),
- Employees carrying out labor activities in the territory of PJSC "CHTPZ" must be citizens of the Russian Federation, residents of the Chelyabinsk region, in the territory of JSC "PNTZ" - residents of Sverdlovsk region, or undergo two weeks quarantine after arriving in Chelyabinskuy/Sverdlovsk region from another region prior to the start of the work with the provision of supporting documents (travel tickets, housing contracts, etc.), or present a document on passing the coronavirus test no older than three days.
- All employees of the contracting organization must be provided with PPE, mask respirators, daily body temperature control (thermal imagers are installed at the checkpoint), as well as disinfection hands with an antiseptic, located on the passage at each entrance to the territory of the enterprise;
- observe the masky regime throughout the enterprises (work, movement on foot, by car);
- observe the "social" distance of 1.5 m when moving through the territory of enterprises.

| Требования к поставщику: | Работы должны выполняться организацией, имеющей:
1. Членство в СРО с допуском к работам на объектах капитального строительства.
2. Соответствующую материально-техническую базу:
2.1 Наличие в собственности либо в аренде выправочно-подбивочно-рихтовочной машины (ВПР, ВПРС).
3. Квалифицированный персонал:
3.1. Наличие специалистов и обученного персонала (копии дипломов и свидетельств).
4. Опыт проведения подобных работ
5. Лицензия на утилизацию отходов IV класса опасности либо копия договора Исполнителя с организацией, обладающей такой лицензией.
6. Лицензия на перевозку отходов IV класса опасности либо копия договора Подрядчика с транспортной компанией, имеющей лицензию на перевозку отходов IV класса опасности с учетом наличия техники для погрузки и перемещению отходов, оснащенной системой слежения GPS/Глонасс |
