The materials of Appendix 5 (Set of RD) are confidential information of the Organizer and are transferred to the Participant only after sending to the contact person of the Organizer a signed Application for joining the agreement on non-disclosure of confidential information.
At the stage of submitting proposals, the Bidder must independently and at his own expense collect the additional data he needs: Drawing up a Statement of Scopes based on the survey of field offices in the location (ZapSibNeftekhim, Tobolsk). The rules for obtaining a pass are specified in clause 37 of the TK.
