Comments: Request for quotations-a competitive procurement procedure, which is not a bargaining (competition or public competition, or auction), its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of Part 1 and articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, that does not impose on the customer the corresponding volume of civil-legal obligations on obligatory conclusion of the contract with the winner of request of quotations (prices) or other its participant.
