Comments: Request for quotations is a competitive procurement procedure, which is not a tender (competition or public tender, or auction), its conduct is not governed by Articles 447–449 of Part 1 and Articles 1057–1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, which does not impose The customer of the corresponding amount of civil law obligations for the obligatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner of the request for quotations or its other participant.
The participant must comply with the requirements presented in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation for persons performing work that are the subject of procurement, including the requirements set forth in the Tender documentation for the open one-stage tender No. 11555854.
The participant must have full legal capacity to conclude and execute the Agreement.
The contract on the results of the procurement is concluded no earlier than 10 (ten) days and no later than 20 (twenty) days from the date the final protocol was placed in the UIS. If it is necessary for the customer’s governing body to approve the conclusion of an agreement in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation or in the event of an appeal by the antimonopoly body or in a court of law to the actions (inaction) of the customer, the competitive procurement commission, the electronic platform operator, the agreement must be concluded no later than five days from the date of said approval or from the date of the decision of the antimonopoly / judicial body based on the results of the appeal of actions (inaction) of the customer , competitive procurement commission, electronic platform operator.
