Comments: Request for quotations - competitive procurement procedure, which is not the tenders (or public tender or auction), its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of Part 1, and articles 1057 - 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code, which does not impose on the corresponding volume of the Customer civil liabilities for mandatory conclusion of a contract with the winner of the request for quotations or other participant.

The participant must have legal capacity in full for the conclusion and execution of the Agreement.
The contract on the results of the procurement is not earlier than ten (10) days and no later than twenty (20) days from the date of the ERC in the final protocol. If necessary, the approval of the customer management body in accordance with the legislation of Russian Federation to sign the contract or in case of appeal to the antitrust authority or a court action (or inaction) of the customer, the commission for the implementation of competitive procurement, the operator of an electronic platform contract must be concluded not later than five days from the date of the said approval or the date of the decision of the antimonopoly / judicial authority on the results of the appeal of actions (inaction) of the customer , Commission for the implementation of competitive procurement, the operator of an electronic platform.
