Comments: Request for quotations is a competitive procurement procedure, which is not a tender (competition or public tender, or auction), its conduct is not governed by Articles 447–449 of Part 1 and Articles 1057–1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, which does not impose an appropriate amount on the Customer civil liabilities for the mandatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner of the request for quotes or its other participant.
The participant must comply with the requirements presented in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation for persons performing work that are the subject of procurement, including the requirements set forth in the Tender documentation for the open one-stage tender No. 11555854.
The participant must have full legal capacity to conclude and execute the Agreement.
The contract on the results of the procurement is concluded no earlier than 10 (ten) days and no later than 20 (twenty) days from the date of placement in the UIS of the final protocol. If it is necessary for the customer’s governing body to approve the conclusion of the contract in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, or if the actions (inaction) of the customer, the competitive procurement commission, the electronic platform operator are appealed to the antimonopoly body or in court, the contract must be concluded no later than five days from the date of said approval or from the date of the decision of the antimonopoly / judicial body based on the results of the appeal of actions (inaction) of the customer , competitive procurement commission, electronic platform operator.
