Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:funds to the Contractor's settlement account after 60 (sixty) calendar days, but not later than 65 (sixty-five) calendar days, from the date of mutual signing without comments:
- certificates of acceptance of completed works (services rendered) in form No. KS-2;
- certificates of the cost of completed works (services rendered) and costs in form no. KS-3;
- invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the tax legislation of the Russian Federation.
