Payment terms:
Payment for the rendered Services is carried out within 60 -90 calendar days from the date of the provision of services on the basis of the original invoice and the act of completion of the work of the Supplier.
1. Prices for Services remain unchanged for the entire period of the contract.
2. The submitted offer contains an agreement signed by the provider without disagreement.
3. Transportation costs shall be included into the products price.
Delivery terms:
General requirements for the production of work:
The work must be carried out by the specialists of the contracting organization in full accordance with the agreed schedule of work and estimates approved in the contract.
Materials, components, tools and fixtures used during the work are included in the cost of work and are not subject to additional payment by the Customer.
It is necessary to carry out work by specialists trained and certified to carry out the corresponding operations. Each employee of the contracting organization must have a certificate confirming qualifications, as well as the necessary tolerances for the performance of specialized types of work.
The involvement of third-party organizations (third parties) for performing specialized types of work is carried out in agreement with the Customer in writing.
After completion of work, the Contractor is obliged to present to the Customer the executive documentation: certificate of acceptance of work performed, invoice, invoice, design documentation - a diagram of the units and assemblies that were replaced / modernized, passports and certificates for the units and assemblies that were replaced, a pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic diagram of the container unit in which changes made.
Requirements for the quality of work and materials used:
The quality of work performed must meet the requirements of state standards, technical specifications, technical documentation and other regulatory acts, the requirements of which are an integral part of the operating conditions.
All spare parts and materials used must be new, not used, not previously used and not restored, must have appropriate certificates and quality certificates.
Work safety requirements:
Personnel should be provided with the necessary minimum set of PPE, including:
• Safety shoes with shockproof toe cap;
• Helmet;
• Protective glasses;
• Overalls;
• Work gloves.
• Other PPE required by the security policy at the Customer’s facilities.
All personnel of the Contractor involved in the performance of the work under this Agreement must be trained in all processes and types of work, have the appropriate qualifications, have experience, skills and ability to perform work in accordance with industry practice, have all the necessary certificates and approvals.
All workers and the Contractor's engineering, without fail, before the start of work undergoes an introductory briefing on safety and fire safety.
The Contractor must comply with industrial safety requirements established for the operation of hazardous production facilities by legislative and other regulatory legal acts, and regulatory technical documents adopted in the established manner;
The production area is protected by a signal tape.
The Contractor ensures compliance with labor protection and safety requirements in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, which regulates the production of works, including:

Warranty Requirements:
The warranty period for work performed, materials must be at least 12 months from the date of signing of the act of acceptance of work performed, but not less than the warranty period for components and assemblies installed during operation. Defects arising during the operation must be eliminated by the Contractor within 5 working days from the moment the Customer submits an application for their elimination.

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach all necessary documents to their proposals in electronic form at the same time as they submit the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
