Обоснование: На основании части 7 статьи 20 Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для нужд ФАУ «Главгосэкспертиза России» запрос котировок признается несостоявшимся в связи с тем, что только одна котировочная заявка подана и соответствует требованиям документации запроса котировок в электронной форме № ЗКЭФ-3-ОГЭ.
Комиссия приняла решение в соответствии с подпунктом 1 части 6 статьи 20 Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для нужд ФАУ «Главгосэкспертиза России» заключить договор с единственным участником процедуры закупки, подавшим котировку, соответствующую требованиям документации запроса котировок в электронной форме № ЗКЭФ-3-ОГЭ
